Syculy Lab was born from the passion of a Sicilian couple, Mimmo and Carmen, to share their knowledge acquired in 20 years of work experience in Italy.
It’s a small venue on Grange Road with dine in and takeaway service.
Syculy Lab is Sicily on your dining table. The most popular dishes such as: arancini, caponata, braciolini, cannoli and so much more. Cannoli are made, from the shell to the filling, through the original recipe. Wood oven traditional Italian Pizza: the dough has a controlled temperature maturation of at least 72 hours or more, which makes the pizza easy to digest.
Many vegan, vegetarian and gluten free friendly options available.
Open from Monday to Saturday, from 5 pm until late.

I went in on a Wednesday night and it was really quick service even though there were around 4 tables of people and 2 other take away customers. Took less then 10 minutes for my pizzas to cook. The quality of the food was amazing. The pizza base and the tomato sauce are so nice and the flavour was enhanced by the wood fired oven. I ordered the vegan option for both pizzas. I highly recommend this restaurant. The dinning area is really nice, new and cleanly finished with the large wood fired oven open to see . My wife and I nearly ate a whole pizza each but a single pizza with a side would have been enough.
