Many pizzerias around Perth get high praise for their "authentic" pizza and upon trying them for myself I soon discover yet another hyped up review for what looks like a pizza but is actually topping on a wet base, good luck picking that up and eating it.
The pizza at Freo Pizza Factory is just so right! A marriage of endless topping options, all good, on a lovely thin wood fired base. I've tried many of their pizzas and like any pizza with a pepperoni topping it's oily, why? Because pepperoni! Apart from that, never had an oily base, spot on.
Service is friendly and venue is also really awesome. Situated in a rustic warehouse, typical of the area, you won't be disappointed.
