My name is Annie and I’ve been in the hospitality industry for more then 20 years working in 4 and 5 star hotels in both Sydney and Perth. I enjoy meeting people.
Our Wood Fired Pizza Trailer is fairly unique in Western Australia and as far as we know may be the first of its kind in Perth. Its a totally self sufficient trailer with a fantastic wood fired pizza oven and pizza preparation slide our stainless steel benches and trays, plus sinks with clean running water for hygiene purposes, Espresso Coffee Machine and food preparation.

Our Pizzas are 12 inch Base par Baked, and we price them according to the size of the party catered for. We normally cater for parties over 20 people. They are all wood fired. We charge minimum $580 within 20 km of City.
On site we charge $16 to $20 each, and a few $ extras for items such as anchovies. Our Gluten Free Bases are $7 extra. Our cold drinks are a nominal $2 to $3 each, and our Ice creams are $3 each for Magnum style or Cones, and Lemonade, Spits, and Paddle Pops $2.00.
