Not impressed with the service provided for our rental property. Unblock did NOT unblock our blocked ensuite drain. They wanted to charge an additional $176-$220 to go back and unblock our drain. We ended up doing the job ourselves within 20 minutes using a $20 Bunnings plumbers snake, a piece of wire, a camera and smart phone. Unacceptable behaviour for this company to try and charge a second fee to clear an easy fix solution that should have been done with the first visit. Although Unblock did a great job replacing taps to our main bathroom for a reasonable fee was , the fee they charged to put a camera down the waste gully drain, see the problem, NOT fix it, then want more money to go back to remove the items is inexcusable. If an electrician can fix this easy fix problem within 20 minutes, it makes me wonder what qualifications your tradesman hold. I Would NOT recommend using this company for any plumbing services.. DODGY AS!
I was vacating a rental property and a sewer pipe that had been broken for some time needed replacing and as it wasn't on the entry report I got lumped with it.
Anyway I had it fixed was a simple job just piece of polly to reconnect everything sent photos to the realestate as proof, all good moved on.
A month later I get the bond return form.. $242.00 this dodgy company has invoiced for apparently having too fix the same pipe! I rang the company spoke to a woman as too why they say they fixed a pipe that was already fixed? 🤔 Couldn't give me an honest answer I told her I had proof ect she palmed it off onto the realestate!
I hate dishonesty seriously all you have done is is given your company a bad name, very disappointing 😔
