Was recommended Kieran by another plumber who was unwell and unable to attend our job. Communication was lacking. Sent photos of job and only replied 5 days later after being prompted and then didn't show up to quote and no contact until initiated. Took 9 days to receive the quote after again prompting that nothing had come through.
His worker rang and said he was all done. Hadn't cleaned up leaving my wife who had our 12 week old daughter to clean up the dust and mess left behind as well as used our recylcing bucket to mix the mud for the laundry floor. When asked about it was told he had to go to an emergency job and was coming back to finish cleaning up which was not what the worker had communicated as he asked said he was done and how to lock up. Alot of excuses were given and that they generally leave the site cleaner then when they came. This was not the case. We then found that the water to our only outside tap in our backyard had been disconnected in the work which we had explained was on the same cold water line. Instead of completing the repair they installed a tap on the new line as apparently to reconnect the existing line was not possible. He also wanted to install the tap below a GPO. All that would have been required was connected the old line and capping the existing one where it went into the wall bit his worker told my wife that it would involve cutting out concrete etc. Would not recommend as it took over 3 weeks from contact and discussion to have the job completed. Was definitely not as professional as others have reviewed.
