Great advice, great service, and a really good price. Fixed a damaged quarter inch copper pipe, and made slight modifications to ensure the problem wouldn't occur again.

He hit my parked car when he was pulling out from a public car park and didn’t leave any contact details. Fortunately there was a witness who saw everything and took photos of his car when he was driving off that has his business logo and number on it, but not his rego number.
The witness and I looked over every nook and cranny of my car and there was no note, no business card, no nothing. We looked absolutely everywhere.
I had to then go into the police station to report the hit and run and thankfully they found the owner of this business car that hit mine.
When the police contacted him he lied and said that he left his business card under my windscreen wiper which is absolutely not true obviously, otherwise I would have just contacted him directly and filled out an accident report online. Nor did he actually make an accident report himself within 24 hours which everyone must do for ANY accident. His excuse for that was that he was “waiting for me to contact him” - but that’s impossible because I didn’t have his name.????
You were obviously hoping that you would get away with it by not reporting it to the police or leaving your contact details somewhere, anywhere on my car. There was no need for you to “wait for me to contact you” because you are legally responsible to make an accident report regardless of whether I’d contacted you or not. It was very obvious that you’d hit my car and caused damage so you had to make a report regardless.
Just saying, I wouldn’t be calling this business to help me with my plumbing, very dishonest and unprofessional. I have zero reason to make this up or lie about you not leaving your details. I would have loved to have just made an online report to get the fixing of my car organised ASAP. This just drags out that process which could have been so simple.
Just be a better person dude. Honesty is always the best policy.
