Daniel Wasson of Superior Plumbing agreed to do a job for me in April. He constantly didn’t turn up after appointments were made, and didn’t communicate that he wouldn’t be arriving.
I stupidly paid the entire invoice (he did not ask for a deposit, just sent the whole invoice), and after many months of little to no communication, he arrived a few times but left me hanging each time with promises to return with other parts and fittings.
By the time is was the end of June I was still without a working bathroom so I had to employ another plumber as Daniel wouldn’t communicate with me.
He sent his apprentice to install taps but I had to get another plumber to fix it as he hadn’t reseated the tap so there was a water leak.
I asked for a refund as $745 is a lot of money for a single parent and this was needed to pay the new plumber. It took about 40 texts and 6 weeks before he eventually refunded most of my money.
I do NOT recommend Daniel or Superior plumbing. He did not gauge the fittings needed for an older Qlder, and he was terrible at keeping appointments and communicating in general.
