Absolute shambles. 7 months between first contact and the job being "finished". Being told time and time again they'll follow up and get back to me once the job was agreed upon, not once didn't his happen. Not once. I don't think they have any form of accountability for what they're doing. Between the plumbers and the office staff I think they're just making it up as they go. When Matt the plumber eventually turned up with about 3 hours notice, he granted to me that I was lucky he was even there after I said hello to him. Then he botched my wall and drilled through it into the opposing sides (would be fine normally as he said he'd fix it, and I know accidents can happen), Matt came back 3 weeks himself after the professional plasterer he'd booked to fix the approved working space had bailed on finishing repair work, with 30 minutes notice, did this atrocious patch work that's blown my mind and stormed in and out. My house mate couldn't believe it but wasn't comfortable saying that it was not good enough. The last time I spoke to the office staff they said I wasn't the only one with these concerns and frustration at the minute. But that doesn't help me at all. Brutal experience from start to finish. Really sucks for a local business I'd hoped to be using over the years of my house here in Murray Bridge.
