I had a burst pipe and as I’m new to the area I didn’t know a plumber. Had a quick google and found the beaut team. They came out and made swift repairs. Left the place tidy and charged very reasonably. Very happy I got on to this company.
These bunch are totally useless. They are employed by our estate agent so we don't get a choice. It has taken them 2 goes to fix a dripping bathroom tap, 2 goes to fix a leaking outside tap and 3 goes, unsuccessfully, to repair a leaking roof. With regard to the outside tap, they left the debris on the grass for us to clear up. Unfortunately, our duck got there first and has swallowed 2 screws. We now have a $2000 bill at the vet. Thanks guys, what a beaut job you have done on us!
In response to your reply..
Luke, I take your reply as a guilty as charged with deflection.
I am sure that you know who we are, unless, of course, you have to rework every single job that you do, and go around poisoning every pet duck you happen to meet.
Again, what you and the estate agent aren't aware of, is that I was in the house at the time. The guy spent more time waffling on the phone and singing badly to himself than doing what he should have.
How would you like to repay the vet bill?
Edit/update..
Ok, so now the toilet which you "secured" is loose again, and you have the brass neck to say that it is the floor at fault or that we have abused the toilet. Why can't you fix anything? You are an absolute joke!!
