AmS is here to rip you off. I had a very bad experience.
I need a leak detection on my investment property. First of all they didn't show up, tenants had to reschedule. Secondly before they start the job, they make you sign a term that says they have the best new tec tools and personal of the world, but is not guaranteed to find the leak. The price was up to 2 hs. So ive got the call sayng that they couldn't find the leak and have to comeback to try again but wants to charge triple the money. I said no very upset. Went to another company and in less the 1.5 hs the job was done successfully.
This is just a warning for potential new customers to understand that sometimes big companies are not very efficient and they are just worried about Mark up their services to get more money out of your pocket as possible.
I hate doing this but thats was my experience and i dont want to happen to anyone else.
Thanks regards
