First off, I was told they would be here between 08:00 and 12:00 on Day 01. Then, at 14:00, I was rung and told they were running late. I was rung and told that they would be here the next day (Day 02) between 08:00 and 12:00. Then - surprise, surprise, the appointment was changed to ANY TIME between 12:00 and 16:00. They arrived mid to late afternoon.

The plumber was very good at his work, but the electrician was a disgrace.

The Electrician did not follow through on his legal requirements (COES for RCD), did not give me a receipt for monies paid when asked ($130.00), and preset our Heat Pump to a schedule which I DID NOT ASK FOR and which is costing us more than our non-Heat Pump HWS, which was off-peak. When this was bought to the attention of Conways they indicated he would ring and walk me through the steps to change/cancel it the schedule he thought we wanted, without checking with me. As my dad used to say, "You know what thought thought". Glad I never held my breath whilst waiting for him to ring!!!

Oh did I mention, he stood outside a padlocked gate expecting me to run down and open it for him, when there was another gate he could use, which the plumber had already walked through - and which he did end up using when I refused to open the gate for him. I, also, did not require a RCD, either as MY Electrician had put two in (minimum requirement) in late March when he put another Power Board in the Garage - if he had checked thoroughly, he would have been aware - another sign of his incompetence!

I will be letting Chromagen know of this abysmal display of professionalism and workmanship by a person who is representing them.
