They are honestly the worst plumbing service in perth. I would highly recommend you to do your research before you contact diploma, They will temporarily fix the issue you're facing so that you'd have to give them a call after a couple months and they can charge you again.
I wasn't getting hot water from my shower taps and when I called them they came down to repair and charged me about $340. A couple of months later, I faced the same issue, and when I called them and told them about it, they were about to charge me again, even though they said we had a year warranty. Obviously, I didn't ask them to come down again as I know, they're incapable of fixing the issue. They even had the audacity to blame the suburb for causing the hot water issue. So unprofessional!
I needed a solar panel replaced and my heater tank service. After being told by one company it was all U/S and the whole system needed replacing for a cost rangingfrom $6,500 to ,$13,700 on top of the $280 call out fee. I was put in touch with Diploma Plumbing, they took my c/c number but charge zero upfront. 2 day later a couple of young plumbers turned up and check out the panels (I expected to have both replaced), Daniel rang me up and said there was no need to change both, they completed the service all in a few hour's....$1,700....thank you all for your honest appraisal. I highly recommend Diploma ????
