Our hot water wasn't coming out hot, had a thorough conversation with Matt on the phone who was upfront about possible reasons and costs. Had the boys over today to assess the situation, they were polite, efficient and fixed it with no dramas. Would definitely call them again for future plumbing issues.
Rang Matt at 7.30am ,explained I had no hot water, he had one of his guys at my door at 8.00am to inspect problem with hot water heater.
Nick confirmed new one was needed.
Returned with new hot water heater within an hour or so and had hot water by 10.30am.
