I would of preferred them to of been up front and told me that they might not of had the correct machinery to fix my blocked kitchen sink as there could of been a possibility it was a grease blockage , which it was and after someone came out and a $165 call out fee that they couldn't fix, then they wanted to send out their sub contractor to fix the problem ... which I would not of considered in the first place if they been honest, I would of got a plumber with the correct machinery in the first place .. so two plumbers and over $500 later .. Not Happy
