EXTREMELY expensive. Charged $250 for a brief consult and $750 for orthotics. Previously I have paid an average of $70 - $90 for a consult and less than half their price for orthotics. They are good podiatrists but don't think they are outstandingly better than others I have seen, so at that price I have not been back. Am now seeing a very good podiatrist elsewhere who charged $89 for initial consult, $67 for follow up and has spent way more time with me at each appt, explaining issues clearly. She uses the best orthotic lab in Australia and charges around $400 for them. Annoyed now that I went to the Biomechanics Lab and would not have done so had I known they charge like wounded bulls.
Do not take part in research trials with these guys. You’re supposed to receive a pair of shoes as payment. Never received. You’re supposed to receive a summary of your results and video footage. Never received. After 3 follow up emails with no reply it appears these guys just don’t care and are deceptive. Definitely wouldn’t be paying them for any services either. Very disappointing.
