Holy hell, not only a receptionist but a Booking manager? Can the receptionist not handle making bookings you need 2 people? Wonder how many other staff on the books for one person... that we are paying for? One phone call was enough to put me off seeing this bloke. Having already given my name to the receptionist I was then passed on to the booking manager, who then asked my name. Two things this tells me, either A) Receptionist couldn't be bothered to pass my name on or booking manager couldn't be bothered to remember. Then begins to tell me Andrew is in Canberra, yes ok, not really interested just after a meeting, looking at it now, what's the meeting for? It's about a marine invention that will have a great impact to the WA Area... Oh .. do you already have plans? budget? drawn up? Is it your invention? The tone of the person was enough to make me go get a root canal then divulge any further information. Here's the thing... booking manager.. Let's just make a booking... No need to know anything else if I wanted to talk to the booking manager about the potential of $240 Million dollars to WA industry.. I'd ask for you.... As it is, I will gladly go talk to someone else... like the opposition.. Thank you for inspiring me never to call you again.
