Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across, both the staff member and owner were rude and arrogant, My suggestion is what ever you do if you order some parts on the phone and pick them up but forget to order 1 thing DO NOT ask for that part, OMG the response will be “ I have already packed everything and done the paperwork and I’ll have to do another transaction for it, way too much trouble for him, very rude, cut long story shorter, I was so mad I paid for it all but was so angry did not want to thank him so just left with him saying to me when leaving “so bye, thank you, have a nice day” so sarcastically, I went back in to discuss with owner and he was just as bad. Grrrr. I’ve never publicly complained before but honestly this company is the worst I have ever dealt with.
