Really unimpressed with the new staff serving in the post/shop area. They’ve changed the staff this year and they are nowhere near as good as the ladies who’ve worked there over the last few years, and who are now working in the back instead for some bizarre reason. I don’t understand why they’ve swapped, those ladies were amazing. Going into the post office was a good experience previously, recently I have started hating to have to go in at all. Now all the staff in the store are rude and act like you should be happy that they’d stoop to helping you in anyway at all. There’s literally a sign in the shop asking customers to please treat staff with respect, but it seems okay for the staff to have an attitude with the customers. Especially the woman with the short spiky hair. It’s such a negative experience now, I just don’t understand why they changed it up. They worked so damn well as a team before.
PLEASE SWAP THEM BACK!????
The worst post office experience I have ever encountered. I went to lodge a passport application and they were useless, they told me my online application details were wrong and instead of helping out they told me to go away and do it again. I phoned the passport office and they they said I need to fill out a form at the post office.
