Toni, worst customer service person ever. Condescending tone to her voice. Lied to our face because she didn't want to witness our papers, even tho the aus post website said they should. We brought that up, she said "we don't do that anymore" then dismissed us and call up the next customer
Do not go here for your passport photos!!! Got one done at local pharmacy which was perfect only to be told by Post office staff member it was not good enough. Post office photo was horrendous but she only wanted my money. Bullied into having another one done!! bad service and shame on you Clarkson post office for taking advantage when you have no authority to reject these photos based on your self serving agenda.. No wonder you have a 2 star rating...
