Very rude and ignorant lady behind the desk.I had money transfer and went to pick it up and she was so unfriendly talking so loud like I am deaf and every one in post office heard how much money i received .Absolutely disgraceful
Visited Cloverdale East LPO today, the first for a very long time due to encountering a rude female employee the last time I visited the LPO.
Lo and behold same female staff member served me.
When communicating with someone, 55% is body language, 38% is tone of voice and only 7% is actual words spoken. This female employee as far as I'm concerned rated poorly in body language and tone of voice and actual words spoken a big 7%. FAILED! Do not recommend this LPO! Drive a little further to the Belmont Forum Post Office and be served by staff displaying a higher standard of communication skills.
