Absolutely disgusting branch, my wife sent 4 satchels from there, 1 large, 2 medium and 1 small and they charged her for 4 large. When she realised the mistake and went it to show them they denied they would make such a mistake and even with proof denied her refund. My wife is a new Australian and this was definitely a factor in how she was shown respect and treated, we will be taking this further.
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff here are always rude and the service is extremely slow. I have lived in East Perth for ten years and can honestly say in the ten years I have been going to this post office I have had only one of two days of adequate service. Just this morning, I received a text message to go to the post office to collect a parcel. I did so, with ID. Was told there was no parcel. Even though I had gotten the text. Asked what I should do she literally shrugged. TERRIBLE service.
