** updated. Rang to confirm that someone else pickup my parcel as I have no way there and he was just so unhealthful. I have sent in a picture of the email they send to pickup parcel for the person to pick up my parcel before but apparently can’t do that. Rules change all the time at this post office and it’s just down right annoying.
(Older post-)At this current time I’m irritated because they never answer the phone. Then when I ring again it says user busy like they’ve taken it off the hook.
I've always found Quinn's staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I quite often have seen extremely difficult customers in there and have seen Quinn's handle them quite well. Couriers on the other hand. Sometimes they don't even knock when delivering. The amt of times I've been home but missed a parcel because NOBODY knocked.
