The WORST Post shop staff in WA!!! The staff are rude, unfriendliest,impolite, not helpful at all, and full of attitude!! The male wearing the specs working at the front counter is subtly arrogant & a bit of a smart @ss!!! I’ve been in there a handful number of times and have NEVER felt so disgusted with the way they treat majority of their customers & the staff have the audacity to have a good old gossip session once the aforesaid customers have left!! Something really needs to be done about the staff working there...before it’s too late...!!!

The worst service I met. Neglegence of customer needs ! They don't give you the most vital information. I tried to lodge application for my daughter's passport. I haven't been told that I need to come till 4pm. After work I decdied to do other staff knowing that I can do passport later . Now I need to wait another week tI'll I can get to another post office because of my working hours. If I was informed beforehand I would make it straight after work today.
Another time the postman did not deliver my parcel pick up note twice ! They send the parcel back overseas wit very needed medicine in it.I won't go there anymore and won'r recommend you
