Received a card informing me that my parcel was ready for collection at Walliston DC. Arrived at about 4pm only to be confronted with a notice that customer pickups were only available between the hours of 6am and 9am. This is a very inconvenient time for us older people to get there by and shows little consideration for your customers.
If this service can not be provided during normal business hours then please advise the courier companies to deliver to, for instance, Lesmurdie LPO.
I also suggest that people having deliveries made to the Lesmurdie/ Walliston area make sure it is not delivered to Walliston DC unless you are happy to go between 6am and 9am.
