One star is as low as it will allow me to go, I have never had a bad experience in any post office and never had a similar experience in any store, paying for services having said that! Went to purchase a tracked envelope and she suggested to purchase the larger size, we asked why and said its never been a problem in the past but still purchased the larger size as she suggested, as we were filling it out to be sent she started speaking to her colleague and saying outloud and in front of other customers in the store how we were cheap, scammers and trying to get a "cheap" option and making accusations as to how this is a normal thing for us and we must go around getting smaller envelopes to send things cheaper?? We asked her why she chose to speak that way about us, while we are currently still in the store and we explained we knew no better and she responded she was talking about someone else who does it all the time, sorry if you thought it was about you, we used the exact wording she used, proving she was infact speaking about us to which she responded yes but I said sorry what do you want me to do about it?? We were shocked and said maybe not speak that way while your customers are still instore to each other, one lady just walked off and then we left not even having our mail sent. This is our local and we have been here many times, in the past we have heard some staff speaking poorly about some customers and didnt think too much of it until they did it to us, while we were still there in the store, tried to say they were speaking about someone else and sorry if it seemed to be about us and then when we quoted them back owned up to speaking poorly about us, said sorry but what do you want me to do. We are absolutely appalled by this exchange from people meant to be working customer service..
I have never left a bad review and this is my first time, I have had poor experiences but this just goes well beyond that.
