If I could give this store a zero star I would. I never write reviews but this experience was beyond ridiculous. Shocking customer service, I asked politely if I could get a fragile sticker on one of my packages as all the other post offices I have been to have put one on there without an issue. Older guy was completely rude about it and refused saying that "post offices don't do that", pretty hilarious, as every other Australia Post every week for over a year has done it happily. Absolutely disgusting. Do not give this post office your money, go to any other one but this one.
Time to retire guys. You clearly hate customer service. Came to pick up a parcel for my wife. Apparently I'd hacked her email and photoshopped the picture of my ID. A lot of effort for a book. Finally relinquished the parcel with a muttered " I might as well give parcels out to anybody" Fawlty Towers
