The most fun experience! Lessons were great, Kylie is lovely and the people are all so funny!!
I have longed to try my hand at pottery & use a pottery wheel, so my friend & I enrolled to do a four week "Learn to Throw Pottery Beginners Course" at Stick in the Mud Pottery & I'm so glad that I did! I had such a good time. Each visit was fun & relaxing.
Kylie is such a friendly, delightful & encouraging host/teacher. We learned the basics as Kylie demonstrated step by step instructions, enabling us to create individual, unique pieces at our own pace, which we were able to take home upon completion.
The creative space (Kylie's studio) is a relaxing combination of indoor/outdoor, with natural light & leafy green surrounds, you may even see a Wallaby or two. Evening classes are also available.
I enjoyed my time so much that I now return on a casual basis to create hand built pieces.
