New Beginnings Birth is a Canberra based business owned by Lindsay Hollingsworth.
For more than 11 years, I have continued to empower, support and educate women in their journey to motherhood. Through HypnoBirthing® - The Mongan Method, I have helped women in pregnancy and into birth by educating them in childbirth education.
I provide birth and post birth Doula services, Hypnobirthing classes and Mothers Groups throughout Canberra, Yass, Goulburn, Gundagai and Young Districts.

This was by far the best investment.
We completed Lindsay's hypnobirthing course through New Beginnings in November/December of 2022.
This course gave us the empowerment and tools we needed to achieve our dream natural birth.
