I recently gave birth to my second child in Adelaide - far from my family back in Malaysia. I was filled with anxiety that I would not have the family support that I had back in Malaysia and also was initially very negative with regards to ‘discomforts’ experienced in pregnancy. Through Bee Ting as my hypnobirthing coach- I had a complete change in my attitude and thought process with regards to pregnancy and birthing. I felt a stark difference post partum as well- was so much more calm and happy with my baby and myself and this extended to my relationship with my toddler and husband. I was able to navigate my toddler’s adjustment towards our new family member - with calm.

Also, post partum, Bee was my ‘confinement period companion’ - and she gave me the much needed help- physically, mentally and emotionally. She was always willing to go the extra mile.

I feel that the hypnobirthing really helped me in ways not confined to the birthing process . Can definitely say that I could not recommend it more.

I did the 5 week class with Bee and she is amazing! This is my 3rd child and yet I learnt so much during the course. HypnoBirthing isn’t about whale sound and stuff... it really teaches you about trusting your body, having that calm confidence to go into labour naturally and have the most amazing birthing experience.

I birthed my baby just 2 days ago using all the techniques I learnt from this course. It was lengthy (26 hours) but surprisingly i was so calm I actually slept through most of my contractions and only waking up when it was nearly time to push. It was such an incredible experience to birth my baby in such a relaxed state, completely drug free! My baby boy was born calmly, he’s now feeding and sleeping very well.
