When I explained to the Person in charge that my child is not suitable for the class because he seems too tired to do class just before nap time, the man was extremely rude saying things sarcastically like: do you NOT want your child to be succeed physically and emotionally? Excuse me? You could just calmly explain why you cannot give a refund, why have to be so aggressive? I’ve never seen a business being so arraogant, I found so many better ones around Berwick area after that, like Mini Maestro, Hulaballon sensory class, Jumperoo and Ed Gym.
