I recently had my sticker designs quoted and made by StickerOoze, first time I tried to get a quote and have a chat in person at her shop as it was my first time outsourcing, not only did the owner completely ignore me nor acknowledge me while she joked with mates. When I had a chance to chat to them I was made to feel like I'd impeded their space, left immediately and conducted business via email after that (notice the lack of communication which led to these mistakes) , resulting in highly pixelated, torn edged & mis cut stickers which wasn't something I was happy to sell in my own shop and requested a refund. Not after being told many excuses of maxing the printer settings and and trying new products of die-cutting without informing me that it was experimental at the time.
I don't deny they make decent car decals for their company but the sheer lack of professionalism even when dealing with someone new to owning their own business, made me feel taken advantage of. She glosses over the companies actual printing capabilities which is scary when buying so many products.
Please stick to services you can actually provide.
