I have been a business customer with this company for over 12 months and upon my most recent order for bottles I found out there has been a price increase. I found out about the increasse by looking at my invoice.
When I called to speak to someone I was told there was an increase as of the 1st of January. I asked why I wasn't told about this and was informed it was because I used the automated ordering system and that you couldn't advise all customers about the increase.
This is poor business. Every other supplier I deal with lets me know about any increase in costs either by an email or by a letter dropped off by the delivery driver. I am not angry about the increase, I am angry that you think so little of your customers that you don't think they need to know.
I am now in the situation of having to look for another supplier and hope they have the decency of advising in advance of any price increases.
