This "joint" is discusting. The bin area is filthy. I have phoned several times and left messages. No response. Maybe A Current Affair would be delighted to view. The City of Rockingham do not give a damnation either.
I rented with Yaran for slightly over 2.5 years. I came as an international student, and the team(Felix and Alex) was so kind and helpful to me. The rooms are quite spacious at a reasonable price.
