I highly recommend Host my Home. They look after our apartment in Palm Cove and do an incredible job. On Air bnb our apartment has 4.8 stars and nothing but extremely positive reviews with the majority of them taking the time to comment on their great interactions with host my home.
As an owner of a property they manage I have also had great interactions. Within a week of buying the place and contacting host my home our property was online with professional pictures and having been kitted out with new linen etc. This was a huge relief as we went overseas for 8 weeks to get married just a couple of days after buying the place and living in NSW. The team had bookings immediately. We couldn’t have been more impressed with the service, and have continued to be ever since. They manage everything with ease, including if something breaks like our washing machine did and they effortlessly arranged the new one. The accounts are also managed well and we receive a statement on time every month along with the money deposited into our account.
Host My Home have been fantastic. We are very grateful to them for making our holiday property such a success!
