I have experienced excellent service from Strata Town over the past year.
On a number of general issues affecting our strata they have worked professionally on matters requiring attention. I have found them to be prompt, responsive and friendly with very good follow up communication. On an urgent matter concerning my unit they had it repaired within the day - outstanding.

Don't believe everything you hear on the Radio and TV as the current advertising for Strata Town is RUBBISH! They DO NOT respond to emails, They CANNOT provide accurate invoices even after they promise to amend the "So Called" arrears they create on your account, The so called service is RUBBISH!!! I emailed on the 7th October querying my invoice, no response until the 13th October only after I had called them. After being promised my account would be fixed I received my next invoice and it is still showing arrears, I emailed them with regards to this on the 6th December 2022 and I have still had no response.
