A great team of extremely professional property managers, could not recommend RMA Joondalup high enough!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Like the last review, I'd give a zero if I could. They do not pride themselves on professionalism, they won't take calls or answer emails, they don't even have their email signature correct - see photo with "a" missing from RMA. They give you the run around. They withhold rent that they have been paid by the tenant and refuse to pay the owner on the grounds that need a letter that doesn't even exist. We sold a house 9th March 2021 in Quinns, RMA have had plenty of notice that this house was selling, plenty of time to organise themselves. They received an email from our settlement agent to state that it's sold, sent 2 statements to us but no funds. One statement shouldn't even have been withheld as it's dated week ending 05/03/21 - those funds should have been paid end of February. The next statement ending 26/03 should be split between the new owner and us, it's not that hard!! The new statement (sent last night) doesn't have the water usage reimbursement which was clearly spelt out to them last week - they have no idea what they're doing! We are told our funds are with accounts, do they know what they're doing? Yes they do, they're earning interest on our money. We are owed $690.84 of which $387 should have been paid end of February, the remainder should have been paid 15th March. This is your fees taken out RMA but you do not deserve them!!! Not impressed!! We sold the house, we just want out!! Do not call Emma Sankey, the office Manager; she asks for letters that don't exist and also gives you the run around. I've heard that the poor tenants can't get anything back from RMA either. It's ridiculous and stressful.
