I used to run my Airbnb myself and let Houst take over during an extended holiday. The ratings started dropping, baby costs and highchairs (all provided by me in the apartment) where not set up as requested.
But the worst is that you can't trust them with money. I requested my deposit to be paid out in my bank account. They confirmed my instructions and still paid it back to a different account. In this case it meant they gave it to my Ex. Really not impressed.
