About Gryphon Psychology

Gryphon Psychology is a specialist provider of Employee Assistance Programs, Critical Incident Response, Fitness for Work, Psychological Training and Consultancy services. Gryphon Psychology has been operating in Australia since 2003, servicing mining, resource, oil/gas, construction, local government and various other industries. Specialising in servicing safety sensitive and high risk industries, our aim is to work collaboratively with organisations to reduce mental ill health risk and foster a healthy psychological culture.
