It has seemed on several occasions that this clinic operates more-so like a money-making business and do not seem to care much about their clients. I am directly talking about the staff here, not the psychologists.
On a couple occasions, I have been unable to make it to my session (for reasons I'd hope a psychology clinic could be empathetic towards), and they have been quite rude and have shown a complete lack of empathy... they have charged $100 for an appointment that was booked months in advance and that was not confirmed... and when I suggested that I don't think it is fair to pay such a fee, I was told "then we will cancel the rest of your appointments"... I wouldn't recommend this clinic, I paid $130 per 1 hour session (after healthcare cover) as a student and they're requesting more money from me...
My 17 year old son was seeing Kathy back in 2018 for over a year due to depression and anxiety. Unfortunately in all that time she was not able to diagnose that he actually had ADD as well. It was only after he started seeing another psychologist (at a different clinic) that he was actually diagnosed with it. Unfortunately from that time he still had to wait over a year to be able to see a Psychiatrist to be formally diagnosed and prescribed medication which has helped him immensely. I feel that when you have professionals with years of training and experience that they would be able to recognise that a person is struggling with something like this. I feel sad for my son that it took so long to be able to get him the help he needed.
