I am Multilingual Psychotherapist & Approved Counsellor with Victims Services & I offer a variety of therapies including Psychotherapy and Counselling,CBT,Trauma-informed therapy, DBT Skills, Mindfulness & Life Coaching.I use client centred and strength-based approaches to ensure that I provide clients with skills and knowledge thereby, helping empower them to take control of their own lives.I have a passion for working with client’s who suffer with trauma and who have been faced with loss of home and identity, as well as clients whose trauma has caused loss of stability in life, such as cancer survivors, children and adults in family breakdowns, survivors and perpetrators of violence and those impacted by the effects of the justice system.
