Our mental health is dependent on our ability to regulate our body and nervous system. Past and present experiences may cause our nervous system to get stuck in a high level state of arousal such as fight, flight, or anxiety or get shut down in states such as numbness, dissociation or depression. Addictions, workaholism and self isolation may result.
A supportive mindbody focus uncovers and releases tension and emotion and teaches relaxation & mindfulness.
Location Summer Hill, Sydney or via Zoom or telephone.
I have over twenty years experience working in counselling and psychological settings and have worked as an acupuncturist and yoga teacher.
