About Inspira Psychotherapy
At Inspira Psychotherapy, our clinical focus includes working with adults/children & LGBTI Plus clients affected by Domestic Violence, Depression, Anxiety and Sexual Abuse. Gene has clinical experience across many different sectors including domestic violence shelter, community health centres, tertiary institutions, primary schools and in private practice. Gene's therapeutic approach is informed by her previous neuroscience research background at University of Melbourne and the National University of Singapore. Treatment modalities used are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Working collaboratively with clients in a compassionate way is key to our practice.
