I don't want to give a one star as the medical services are above reproach however the receptionist that answered my call this week should be retrained in phone manners.
She addressed herself and her department then I proceeded to give my husband's ur number to which she replied, WAIT, excuse me I said thinking she was speaking someone else then silence she proceeded to ask the ur number again.
Does bendigo health not train the staff, after all it's a cancer clinic not a fashion boutique. Appalling service.
