Done business with them 3 times. Always great service and people. Great prices too. Prompt free delivery.
We ordered 2 tanks and a pump combo back in Jan. Invoice was recieved the next day and paid straight way. When we followed up at 6 weeks on the status of our order we were told the tanks had not been fabricated yet and the pump would be supplied without a diverter, but could be upgraded for an extra cost of $250 - again the invoice came through within hours which was paid promptly. We have now recieved the tanks without the pump and our numerous calls to every number on their website are yet to be answered. We wanted to support local business... this is heartbreaking I feel like this is our last resort for getting any customer service at all
