Andrew and I would highly recommend Rockingham Ram to anyone who appreciates good old fashioned honest and friendly service. From the moment we walked in to Rockingham Ram dealership to when we received our new Ram 1500 Express last Friday 26/3/21 we were looked after and treated as special customers and felt exactly that! Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept informed of each stage of the process from start to finish. We were looked after by James and highly recommend speaking to him if you are looking for a professional car buying experience.
Had our Ram serviced with Dealer twice, decided to go elsewhere for the third service, only to find that the ECU is locked out to other machines to reset computer...rang Dealer who want to charge $175 to reset computer....5 minute job...what a rip off! So really you cant take the vehicle anywhere else, which the dealer is monopolising the market..... NOT ON
