This is not authentic Japanese ramen, I am Japanese and was highly disappointed. More similar to Chinese noodles. Only thing similar to Japan is maybe the decor. Also owner is very arrogant, as shown in their replies to our feedbacks. Normal Japanese owner is not this arrogant and rude.
