I just passed my old rental house today at 42 victoria st just to see that after 2 and half years nothing has been done to the backyard. We had to move out because we where told that there would be 6 month of ongoing work going in the backyard and they would need constant access to the property. We have 2 dogs so we had no other option than to move. Bunch of liars. I would not trust this place at all.
PS: don't move to house where you next door neighbour is your landlord
