The inexperience, tardiness and terrible communication from the agent made for a very stressful negotiation. I'm not sure how much weight the reviews of 5 stars have but the service i received was no where close.
Being a first time home buyer, we are very inadequate about the housing market and the process of buying. That’s when we decided to approach James from Omni Realty. After we met and talked to him, we found that he is very knowledgeable about the market condition, trustworthy and more than willing to help us as our conjunction agent.
Since then, our house hunting journey begin, we have been to countless home opened and about 3 offers that did not go through. In all of this, James always tell us to keep persevere and not to lose heart.
It’s true, because after 1 year, we found our dream home! In a good location and just nice size for us.
He helped us deal not only with the seller’s agent, but also managing building and pest inspection, recommending us to mortgage broker and also settlement agent.
In all, he provided us with comprehensive and precise knowledge about what we need to do and when we have to do them.
There’s a lot of things that we felt we may overlooked if not because of James’ help. He is also very patience in answering all the questions I have and promptly responding to them.
I would highly recommended James and his team to anyone who not only want to buy a house but also want to sell their house. James is not only capable of managing residential property but also commercial property.
