The apartment managed by Gap RE was the first ever unit that I rented alone, and I was so glad that Sally made the application process very easy and fuss-free for me. They ladies at Gap are also friendly, very easy to deal with and very quick to respond and rectify whenever I was met with issues in my unit, i.e sink blockage, storm damage etc. If you're looking for an efficient but also easygoing agent, I can't recommend GAP enough.
I have had the pleasure of having Sally at Gap Real Estate manage the unit I rent for the past five + years and she has been incredibly reliable, responsive and professional every step of the way.
