hi just want to let people know not to trust this man asked about a house for rent on realestate.com and add says its ready to go and has been fixed up i then msg him he was quite rude and i will never be looking at a house if Jims Realty is taking care of it he is so slack with organizing home opens he told me it would be ready to look at the end of this week now its oh we have applications already blah blah told me to look elsewhere and must it be this one and don't bank in this one
I was renting a property from this agency 3 years ago. I left a comment about their services on their FB page, which I could not find it now. To those who rated them for 5 stars, it's either you met the new team, or you're paid by James.
This man is a fraud and a liar. He has 0% professionalism when it comes to customer service or real estate agent. What happened was that at the end of my lease, James was ignoring our emails and calls to request for a return in our security bond. 1 year after we moved out of the property we had enough of waiting, so we decided to send James personally with a stern but polite email requesting for our security bond back otherwise we will take this issue further to the authorities. He replied after a week "Sorry, I was in the hospital yesterday for my toe", which email has no intention of solving the issue. So my sister reported to the department in charging of security bond and screenshot to James of the report, he replied with the outmost rude email I had ever seen. He threatened us that he is holding our funds and he can always decide the release of our security bond if we don't apologize to him for being "aggressive" towards him.
People, PLEASE don't rent with Jim's Realty. They even removed their FB page because they had so many bad comments on their page. I'm not the only victim of this fraud!
